      • Act in a lead capacity in guiding, checking, correcting, and reviewing the work of others.

      • Document sources of information and contacts for project records;
      • Conduct or perform analysis of data, planning and environmental issues;

For the positions described above, knowledge and abilities are typically verified by the following…

  • ICC (International Code Council) Certifications,
  • Prior experience (5 years minimum is preferred) in similar positions within municipalities or private companies performing similar tasks,
  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field, and/or
  • License as a Professional Engineer.
